## Give each client a clear boundary.

Agree shared access with the client first. Use individual or delegated logins wherever the platform offers them.

Example: separate teams for clients whose accounts must stay separate.

### North studio’s team

North’s advertising account

Client owner + North’s agency contacts

### Field studio’s team

Field’s advertising account

Client owner + Field’s agency contacts

Share each account with its client’s people or group. Team admins can manage every account, so use separate teams when client administration must stay separate.

### Plan the handback before you start.

Agree who owns the setup and recovery details. When work ends, test the client’s replacement login, review saved passwords and sessions, then remove access here. [Read the handover guide](https://sharedmfainbox.com/blog/shared-mfa-offboarding-checklist).

## If the client gets codes by text

Agree who owns and pays for the company number. Grant it only to approved readers; team admins still see every number. Release it only when the client no longer uses it. [See how company numbers work](https://sharedmfainbox.com/shared-phone-number-for-teams).

## Start with one client account.

Your first authenticator account is free.
