## SMS questions

### Who can read the messages?

Admins can see every number. Other teammates see only the numbers they have been given. Each person uses their own login, and opening messages and copying codes are recorded.

### Can we send texts?

You can send a limited one-off reply from a message that arrived. This is not a customer messaging tool for campaigns, bulk sending or support queues.

### Will the number work with our service?

Acceptance is decided by the service sending the text. Some services do not accept every kind of number. Test your account before you depend on it.

### How long do messages stay?

Message text and codes are erased after 72 hours by default. An admin can change this period. The record of the sender, arrival time and destination number remains.
