## Pricing questions

### How much are extra authenticator accounts?

Your first account is free. Then $8/month each for accounts 2–10, then $4/month each from the 11th. Annual billing is $80/year each for accounts 2–10, then $40/year each from the 11th. The lower rate applies only to accounts beyond the first 10.

### How much is a company SMS number?

SMS is $12.99/week, $15.99/month, $29.99/quarter, $99.99/year per number. Save 48% compared with monthly billing. There is no per-user fee, and each additional number costs the same.

### When does billing start?

A number is charged before it goes live, whether you buy it, bring one your SMS provider account already owns, or restore one you released. Starting paid MFA (your first account beyond the free one) is charged when you add it.

### What happens when I add or remove an MFA account?

Monthly MFA additions are prorated and added to your next invoice, not charged straight away. Annual MFA additions are prorated and charged when you add them. Removing a monthly MFA account credits the unused time on your next invoice.

### How are invoices grouped?

Choose weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly for SMS; monthly or yearly for MFA. Each billing profile gets one invoice per billing period, including weekly and quarterly SMS subscriptions. Its monthly numbers and MFA accounts share one monthly invoice, and its annual ones share one annual invoice. There is no separate charge per number.

### How do I cancel?

Turning off MFA renewal keeps paid accounts working until the end of the paid period. Release a number to stop its billing straight away. The rest of the year is not refunded.

### Will a number work with my service?

Number acceptance is decided by the service sending the text. Test it before you rely on it. Not every service accepts this kind of number.
